Ambitious communications agency's new appointment takes its digital services to a new level

A multi award winning Hull-based marketing, design and PR agency has made its latest appointment in a bid to further develop the service it offers clients as they look improve their online and digital presence and position in their marketplaces.

Mercury Design and Marketing, which operates from headquarters in Hull, and also has offices in London and Leeds, has appointed Dave Maude to head up the web design and development side of the business, which will see clients being offered a wide range of new digital services going forward.

Dave, recruited from Northcliffe Media - one of the UK's leading local multimedia businesses - brings with him over 11 years experience within digital media, including running his own consultancy.

He said: "I am thrilled to be joining the team at Mercury. The company has a great reputation for delivering business focused and creative marketing, PR and website solutions not just locally, but also on a regional and national level as well. I am really looking forward to tapping into the knowledge and experience that exists within the team and also bringing a different perspective and fresh ideas to the table which I'm sure will see us continue to add value to our clients' businesses."
